the Giver

  I remember when I read the Giver during my 8th grade summer, I really like that book. The Giver is the first English novel that I have ever read, and it is also my favorite book. So that shows the Giver is a really unique book to me. 

  The Giver talks about there is an utopian world, people don't have memories. People can't see color, people don't know what birth and death are. People can't choose their mate. The organization will match girls and boy into couples, and they can't deny that. The organization will also find a job for them, that fit them the most. People don't even have a choice on whether they can be alive or not. Everything in their life base on the choice of the organization. 

  But, the protagonist is a boy who will receive the memory from a giver, and he is the one will pass the memory to the next generation. 

  He then knows what love is, and what mountains will be like, and what birth and death are. He can also see colors, and feel what love is. 

  Now the movie is out, I am really desperate to see that movie! I am going to watch it this Saturday!!!!!

I have been waiting for it for a long time!!!!!!!
