People have to make decisions all the time. There is infinite number of things that we have to make decisions on; no matter it is a small thing or a big thing. Our life pretty much depends on our decision-making, I believe that listening to others helps me to make better decisions.
Different people treat same thing differently; this is why the world is so diverse.I can expand my horizon with their ideas. They will just give me more ways to think. On the other hand, our ideas might be too objective, or they might be too narrow. If we discuss them with other people, they might offer more ideas and give us another point of view. We can polish our ideas based on their suggestion, or we can change our original decision totally, or we can keep our idea the same.
Making decisions and get advise from other people, we can know more ideas, we can polish our ideas and we can avoid a lot of mistakes. We can get advises from more experienced people, they definitely will give some valuable suggestions. We can also listen to people who have less experience; they might give some really significant ideas.
